What is the distance from the Bali Airport to JCC?

Jimbaran Convention Center is conveniently located just a short drive from Bali International Airport. The distance between the two is approximately 10 kilometers, making it easily accessible in around 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions. This proximity offers a seamless journey for guests arriving for events, ensuring a smooth transition from the airport to the venue.

Do you offer free airport transport service?

We offer airport transportation services at an additional cost, with a variety of vehicle options to choose from.

Can we provide our own food and beverages for our event at the facility?

Our function rooms are licensed premises, and all food and beverages must be exclusively provided by JCC. However, if it is mandatory to bring food or beverages from outside for your event, this may be arranged on a special basis, subject to signing a food release form.

Where can I set off fireworks in the Jimbaran area?

Fireworks can be arranged in designated areas at JCC or InterContinental Bali Resort. Event organizers are advised to contact an approved fireworks vendor to assist in securing the necessary permits from the relevant authorities.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, standard Wi-Fi is available throughout all public areas, rooms, and the JCC. Dedicated bandwidth within the JCC is available for an additional cost

Can we bring our own Internet provider?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own Internet provider.

Can large buses enter the JCC and InterContinental Bali Resort areas?

Yes, large buses can enter the Jimbaran Convention Center and InterContinental Bali Resort areas.

Does JCC have spacious parking?

Yes, JCC offers a spacious parking area that extends to the InterContinental Bali Resort, ensuring ample space to accommodate guests and event participants comfortably.

Do you have an in-house AV company? Can we bring our own AV company?

Yes, we work with a preferred AV company. However, you are welcome to bring your own AV equipment if you prefer.

Can I brand around JCC during the event?

You are welcome to brand in designated areas provided and approved by the management of JCC Event Manager, during the event.

I left something behind after an event. How can I reach the Lost & Found department?

Please send an email with the date you believe the item was lost, a detailed description of the item, and your contact information to made.puspawati@ihg.com or call +62 361 701888. Valuable items found after events at Jimbaran Convention Center or InterContinental Bali Resort will be held in Lost & Found for 90 days. After this period, unclaimed items may be returned to the finder.

What enhanced safety protocols are in place at Jimbaran Convention Center and InterContinental Bali Resort?

Jimbaran Convention Center is fully operational and ready to host safe events and gatherings. We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, with a range of enhanced safety protocols implemented to provide a secure environment.

What permits are required, and how can I apply for them?

The Indonesian government mandates that a valid meeting permit be obtained for any conferences or meetings held at hotel or resort venues. It is the sole responsibility of the event organizer to apply for and secure this permit, either independently or through a third-party agent, in accordance with Indonesian law. The hotel is not permitted to participate in the application process or handle any financial transactions related to the permit.

If the organizer opts to use a third-party agent, the hotel may provide recommendations. The chosen agent will facilitate the permit application process with the local authorities, with any associated fees to be negotiated and paid directly by the organizer to the agent. The hotel assumes no responsibility for the outcome of the permit application.

A copy of the approved meeting permit must be submitted to the hotel at least 14 days prior to the event. Please note, local authorities have the right to cancel or stop any event if the organizer fails to produce the required permit.
